We need your help before, during, and after the event on Sunday February 11, 2024. While the event is from 12pm - 5pm, we need support from 10am-6pm that day, as well as food preparation the day before. 

Any time you can spare is much appreciated!

Volunteers will be provided t-shirts to wear during the event.

Roles For This Event

  • CONFIDANT: a friendly and social person willing to engage in conversation with guests and make them feel welcomed.
  • SERVER: ready to serve food and drink to guests, ensuring everyone is nourished and satiated.
  • DECORATOR: eager to help move furniture, set up tables, and hang posters.
  • FOOD PREPPER: prepare food the day before and during the event.
  • CAMERA OPERATOR: take footage during the event (cameras supplied).
  • AUDIO/VIDEO TECHNICIAN: capable of troubleshooting any live audio and video issues that may arise.
  • INFLUENCER: get people excited for this event through social media, hanging posters, and in-person conversations.
